Born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in a small town in Western Pennsylvania, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Maryland, I moved to the lowcountry in 2002. Having moved 16 times in my 28 year Retail career, I know the challenges of a move and the effect it has on the entire family. Believe me, I’ve seen the good, the bad and yes the ugly of experiences and pride myself in providing the direction to find the home for my customers. In my 6 years in Real Estate, I’ve worked very diligently from the beginning and as a former Retailer, I learned the inventory first. The goal was to find the perfect fit for my clients in lifestyle, what they like to do in their spare time.

Continuously I “scout” the market, finding those best buys in each and every community. When a new client supplies me with their criteria, I am able to very quickly show them 5 or 6 homes that might fit. Listening to their reactions to each home, I can then focus on what is the most important factors to make the best buying decision. My “team” approach working together with one goal in mind, helping my clients find the very best home. I also keep in touch with local builders to examine the quality of the product that they are putting out as well as pricing and in the event we can’t find that perfect home, I work with my clients to secure the best builder for their particular style, neighborhood and budget.
